Today shows urgent alerts, conversations queued for the digest, and the number of messages processed. Each alert includes the source message and a link to Discord.

You control what Quetz can read.

  • Quetz reads only the channels you select.
  • The pilot reads new messages only. It does not import message history.
  • Never replies to, moderates, bans, deletes or edits member activity.
  • Raw message content is kept for up to 7 days during the pilot.
  • Disconnect or request data deletion at any time.
  • Community messages are not used to train Quetz's general models.

FAQ

Does Quetz reply to members?
No. It only sends private alerts to you.
Does Quetz moderate?
No. It does not delete, warn, change roles, kick or ban.
What can it read?
Only new messages in Discord channels you explicitly select and the installed app can access.
Why Patreon?
Membership context and, when available, a member's connected Discord identity.
Can it identify every Patreon member?
No. Unmatched users stay unmatched.
Is it a churn predictor?
No. It flags conversations based on the preferences you set. It does not predict whether a member will cancel.
Do you train on my Discord messages?
No. Customer community messages are not used to train Quetz's general models.
Can I remove my data?
Yes. Disconnect integrations and request workspace deletion.
